Logic Studio In Action With The Killers
Apple just posted The Killers: Virtual Sessions, a close look at the creation of The Killers’ new album, Day & Age, using Logic Studio and MainStage.
With producer Stuart Price in London and The Killers in Las Vegas, there was only one way for Day & Age to come of age. Using a remote Logic-based songwriting workflow, band members recorded their ideas in Logic then shared them via email and iDisk with each other and Price, who, a continent away, added drum loops, keyboard lines, and other effects to the songs before sending them back to Vegas.

Hello Graham, Very informative site. I am a notation trained musician – read music scores. In Logic I edit tempo errors via the note/score editor. Editing with score editor and Piano Roll editor has enhanced editing. However, do you have any tips or tutorials that address editing with Score editor?
Also, not related to Logic;do you have any info about PNOscan by QRS – a device that can be used on acoustic pianos.
Regards,
Withnold Green.
Glad you asked, because I have some score editor tutorials planned. I’ll try and push them along for you. Wish I had any info about PNOscan for you.
