Are you also able to send audio, not just MIDI, from Logic to a standalone application such as Amplitube or Guitar Rig?

    Thanks,
    Alexander

Another question: I assume I could apply the same principles to Miroslav Philharmonik from IK Multimedia? I just got a copy for free through a promotion on their site, so this would be a great way to put it to use!

    Thanks,
    Alexander

Thanks so much for jugging my memory of environment layouts and MIDI ports assignments!

  5. John Cook says:

    Hi Graham,

Not sure if you can help. My MIDI input devices are healthy, MIDI interface healthy, Audio/MIDI setup is healthy. When I try to set up my “physical input” port in the environment window (click and ports) as you instruct, all that is listed is “sum”. My IAC bus is not listed, nor are my other physical MIDI input devices. I’m stumped. Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    John
