If you want the same screen sets for all your projects, is that a screen set or template issue?
It’s a template issue. Screensets are saved with the project. You can import screensets from another project. It’s a little different in LP8 and LP9 but basically the same. Choose File > Project Settings > Import Project Settings. In the Import dialog, click the Screensets option. Browse to, and select, the project file that you want to import screensets from. Click the Import button.
