Step Editor

The Step Editor allows you to edit MIDI data. It replaces the Hyper Editor in Logic Pro 9.

You can open the Step Editor by selecting a MIDI or Software Instrument Track and going to View > Show Editors and then selecting the Step Editor pane. You can open the Step Editor in a separate window by going to Window > Open Step Editor or by dragging the Step Editor Pane until it becomes a new window.
