MIDI Activity Display

Logic Pro MIDI Activity Display

The MIDI Activity display is located on the Transport Bar between the time signature and the CPU Usage meter. It will display the note that is played. If more than one note is played, it will display a chord symbol interpretation of the played notes.

This display also serves a couple of functions:

  • clicking the lower part of the MIDI Activity display will stop "stuck" notes
  • double-clicking it will will stop hung notes
