Silencer

This function can be used to get rid of pops and clicks, and to reduce noise in the signal, such as hiss. To use this function, select the area of audio to be affected, then select Factory > Silencer. From there the options are:

  • Sensitivity - establishes the threshold level in identifying spikes in the audio
  • Method - establishes how drastically the affect will be
  • Noise Reduction Strength - establishes how much filtration will be applied to the selection
